Emma Cisneros-Luebke
CEO & Founder
Emma is a Phoenix native and graduated from Xavier College Preparatory in 2017. She began her college journey as a student-athlete at California Lutheran University, later returning home to complete her education at Arizona State University. Emma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education.
With 4 years of experience teaching third and second grade, Emma brings a strong foundation in early childhood education. She now focuses on one-on-one tutoring, helping students meet their individual academic goals with personalized support and instruction.

Keegan McHale
Keegan is a sophomore at Brophy College Preparatory with strong academic skills in math and English. He plans to study actuarial science in college and enjoys helping students develop confidence in their own abilities through learning. Keegan takes a structured, step-by-step approach to tutoring, breaking down challenging concepts so they feel manageable and clear. He aims to support students by reinforcing understanding, building academic confidence, and helping them approach their coursework with greater independence.

Madalyn Paltzik
Madalyn is a senior at Phoenix Country Day School with a passion for mathematics, writing, and helping students reach their full potential. She plans to study public policy and finance in college while continuing her work in education and entrepreneurship. Through her experience tutoring students of all ages, Madalyn has developed a patient, encouraging approach that emphasizes building a strong understanding of concepts rather than simply memorizing material. She enjoys adapting her teaching to each student’s individual learning style, helping them gain confidence, strengthen their academic skills, and become more independent learners both inside and outside the classroom.

Aliyah Coronado
Aliyah is a sophomore in high school, enrolled in advanced courses, and a varsity athlete who is passionate about helping younger students build confidence and succeed academically. Through balancing schoolwork with competitive athletics, Aliyah has developed strong time management, communication, and leadership skills. Patient, dependable, and encouraging, Aliyah is committed to creating a positive learning environment where every student feels supported and motivated to reach their full potential.

Gabe Vynalek
Gabe is a junior at Brophy College Preparatory with strong academic skills in math and science. He plans to study aeronautical engineering in college and enjoys helping students build confidence and develop a better understanding of challenging concepts. Gabe emphasizes understanding the material rather than simply memorizing answers, helping students develop skills they can apply across different assignments and subjects. He strives to create a supportive learning environment where students can ask questions, work through challenges, and leave each session with a clearer understanding of the material.

Lauren Hackett
Lauren is a sophomore in high school who is passionate about helping others succeed. Lauren consistently balances schoolwork, athletics, and extracurriculars, teaching her how to manage time well, study efficiently, and break down concepts- all important ideas she hopes to pass on to her students. Lauren is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for students to ask questions and work towards their goals. She strives to make learning exciting and personalized based on each students unique needs.

Rheanna Sorenson
Rheanna Sorenson graduated from Desert Mountain High School before continuing her education at the University of Arizona, where she earned a degree in Film & Television.
During her time in college, Rheanna worked as a camp counselor at the JCC for three summers, gaining valuable experience supporting children, leading activities, and creating a fun, positive, and encouraging environment. After college, she continued working with children through nannying, providing individualized care and support while helping children learn, grow, and develop confidence.
Rheanna takes a patient, personalized approach to tutoring, tailoring lessons to each student's individual learning style and goals. Her goal is to help students develop a deeper understanding of the material and approach their coursework with greater confidence and independence.

Alayna Zimmerman
Alayna is a senior at Xavier College Preparatory who enjoys helping students discover confidence in their learning. She has a strong academic foundation in math, English, and science and understands that every student learns differently. By creating a positive and encouraging environment, Alayna helps students build strong study habits, strengthen their understanding of challenging material, and develop the confidence to succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Her goal is to make learning approachable, enjoyable, and rewarding for every student.

Avery Thomas
Avery is a senior at Xavier College Preparatory who is preparing to study business with a minor in biology during her college years. She hopes to pursue a future in either business or biomedical engineering. Avery has a strong passion for problem-solving and enjoys understanding concepts in math and science. She loves working with kids and hopes to use her strong academic foundation to help students grow in confidence, strengthen their academic skills, and reach their goals.

Jackie is a senior in high school who is involved in student council, school clubs, and advanced coursework.
